By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the plugin, website, account and licensing features, or cloud services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
使用资格Eligibility
您必须具备订立本条款所需的法律行为能力。未成年人应在父母或法定监护人同意和指导下使用； 本服务不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童。您应遵守所在地以及内容、软件和 AI 服务适用的法律法规。
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into these Terms. Minors may use the services only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian, and the services are not directed to children under 14. You must comply with laws applicable to your location, content, software, and AI use.
账号与安全Account and Security
- 请提供准确的注册信息，并妥善保管手机号、密码、验证码和登录设备。
- 您对账号下发起的任务、购买、积分或张数使用以及其他操作负责。发现未经授权使用时，请立即联系我们。
- 不得出售、出租、共享或批量注册账号，不得绕过设备会话、授权、试用、积分、张数或其他访问限制。
- 为保护用户和服务安全，我们可以对异常登录、欺诈、攻击或滥用行为采取验证、限制、暂停或终止措施。
- Provide accurate registration details and protect your mobile number, password, verification codes, and signed-in devices.
- You are responsible for tasks, purchases, credit usage, and other activity initiated through your account. Contact us promptly if you detect unauthorized use.
- You may not sell, rent, share, or mass-register accounts, or bypass device sessions, licensing, trials, AI points, portrait credits, or access limits.
- To protect users and the service, we may verify, limit, suspend, or terminate activity involving unusual access, fraud, attacks, or abuse.
软件与服务许可Software and Service License
在您遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可， 用于在受支持的 Adobe Photoshop 和设备上安装并使用插件。插件可免费下载；部分模块、云端生成、 在线算力、积分或精修张数可能需要试用资格、单独购买或第三方服务费用。 除适用法律明确允许外，您不得复制、转售、再许可、修改、反向工程、规避授权或利用服务建立竞争性服务。
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin with supported versions of Adobe Photoshop and supported devices. The plugin may be downloaded for free, while some modules, cloud generation, online compute, AI points, or portrait credits may require a trial, separate purchase, or third-party fee. Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, or use the service to build a competing service.

某些功能连接您自行配置的 Stable Diffusion、ComfyUI、LightCC 或其他第三方服务。 您负责这些服务的账号、密钥、费用、配置、可用性和使用合规。第三方服务可能变更、限流、中断或停止； 我们无法控制其持续可用性。插件中标明的云端功能会按照页面展示的规则使用极浪 AI 托管服务和相应额度。
Some features connect to Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, LightCC, or other services that you configure. You are responsible for their accounts, keys, fees, settings, availability, and lawful use. Third-party services may change, rate-limit, interrupt, or discontinue their offerings, and we do not control their continued availability. Cloud features identified in the plugin use JiLang AI-hosted services and applicable credits according to the information displayed in the product.

您保留对上传图片、提示词和其他内容依法享有的权利。为执行您请求的功能，您授予我们一项有限许可， 仅用于托管、传输、复制、处理和返回相关内容。您确认自己拥有处理和上传内容所需的权利与授权。 AI 输出可能不准确、不唯一、不完整，或与其他用户结果相似；您应在商业发布或重要用途前自行审查， 并负责确认输出不侵犯肖像权、隐私权、著作权、商标权或其他权利。
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded images, prompts, and other content. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, copy, process, and return that content solely to perform the features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, incomplete, or similar to output created for others. Review it before commercial or important use and ensure that it does not violate publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
积分、张数与付款Credits and Payments
- 购买前会展示商品、价格、额度和主要使用规则；付款由页面标明的支付服务提供方处理。
- AI 积分、精修张数、试用额度和模块授权仅代表对应服务的使用资格，不是货币、存款或可提现资产，不得转售。
- 成功任务按页面规则扣除相应额度；失败、取消或结果不确定的任务按照系统展示的结算、退还和对账规则处理。
- 退款、撤销和消费者权利依照适用法律、购买时展示的规则及支付服务提供方规则执行。请保留订单号以便核查。
- The product, price, credits, and principal usage rules are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed by the payment provider identified at checkout.
- AI points, portrait credits, trial allowances, and module entitlements are service-access units, not currency, deposits, or withdrawable assets, and may not be resold.
- Successful tasks consume the applicable allowance under the displayed rules. Failed, canceled, or uncertain tasks are handled under the settlement, refund, and reconciliation status shown by the system.
- Refunds, reversals, and consumer rights are governed by applicable law, the rules displayed at purchase, and the payment provider's rules. Keep your order number for support.
可接受使用规则Acceptable Use
您不得使用服务制作、上传或传播违法、侵权、欺诈、仇恨、骚扰、剥削未成年人或其他有害内容； 不得冒充他人、未经同意处理敏感肖像或个人信息；不得传播恶意软件、攻击、扫描、压测或干扰服务； 不得自动化滥用接口、规避限制、骗取退款或额度，或将服务用于法律禁止的高风险决策。 我们可以拒绝处理、限制或移除违反本条款或法律要求的内容和任务。
You may not use the services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content; impersonate others or process sensitive likenesses or personal data without permission; distribute malware, attack, scan, stress, or disrupt the service; automate abusive requests, evade limits, or fraudulently obtain refunds or credits; or use the service for legally prohibited high-risk decisions. We may refuse, restrict, or remove content or tasks that violate these Terms or applicable law.
更新与服务可用性Updates and Availability
我们可能发布插件和服务更新，以改进兼容性、安全性和功能。Adobe Photoshop、UXP、操作系统、 网络、第三方 API 或 AI 模型的变化可能影响部分功能。我们会尽合理努力维护服务，但不保证持续、 无错误或所有功能永久可用；计划维护或紧急故障时，服务可能暂时中断。
We may release plugin and service updates for compatibility, security, and functionality. Changes to Adobe Photoshop, UXP, operating systems, networks, third-party APIs, or AI models may affect features. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Planned maintenance or emergencies may cause temporary interruption.
暂停与终止Suspension and Termination
您可以停止使用服务并联系我们申请注销账号。若您违反本条款、法律要求，或对用户、第三方、 服务安全和运营造成风险，我们可以限制、暂停或终止相关功能或账号。终止不会影响终止前已经产生的 付款、结算、责任或依法需要保留的记录。
You may stop using the services and contact us to request account closure. We may limit, suspend, or terminate features or accounts if you violate these Terms or law, or create risk for users, third parties, service security, or operations. Termination does not affect payments, settlements, liabilities, or records that arose before termination or must be retained by law.
免责声明Disclaimers
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不对特定创作效果、持续可用性、 第三方服务、AI 输出准确性或特定用途适用性作默示保证。您应保存原始 Photoshop 文档和重要素材备份， 并在使用自动化或 AI 结果前进行人工检查。本条款不排除或限制依法不能排除或限制的消费者权利和责任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make implied guarantees regarding a particular creative result, uninterrupted availability, third-party services, AI output accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of original Photoshop documents and important assets, and review automated or AI results before use. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
适用法律与争议Governing Law and Disputes
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响适用法律赋予您的强制性消费者保护权利。 如发生争议，请先通过支持邮箱联系我们友好协商；协商不成时，双方可依适用法律向有管辖权的机构解决。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a dispute arises, contact us first to seek an informal resolution. If it cannot be resolved, either party may pursue remedies before a competent authority under applicable law.
条款更新Changes to These Terms
我们可能根据产品、服务或法律变化更新本条款。更新版本会发布在本页面并标注新的更新时间； 重大变化会通过官网、插件提示或其他合理方式通知。更新生效后继续使用服务，即表示您接受更新后的条款。
We may update these Terms when our products, services, or legal obligations change. Continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
